Attention:  All incoming freshmen and current high school students…Captains Practice will be Tuesdays over the summer on the TURF at MHS.  4:00-5:30 PM.  Start date TBD.

Weight Room Options for Boys Soccer are Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday.

  • QR Code check in.  There is a soccer check in sheet on the desk as you enter the weight.  Players are to scan the code and check in before their workout.  
  • Coach Griff will give players workouts that will be on his Google Classroom and they will be tested twice a season in various lifts.
  • It’s encouraged for players to workout in small groups.
  • Weight Room hours are 2:25-4:45 PM.
