Weight Room Options for Boys Soccer are Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday.

QR Code check in. There is a soccer check in sheet on the desk as you enter the weight. Players are to scan the code and check in before their workout.
Coach Griff will give players workouts that will be on his Google Classroom and they will be tested twice a season in various lifts.
It’s encouraged for players to workout in small groups.
Weight Room hours are 2:25-4:45 PM.
